Biodata

Allworth Juniper is now able to offer clients a highly efficient and reliable on-line method of screening candidates in high volume recruitment assignments. The on-line tool uses biodata, a unique behavioural selection method that measures candidate experiences in competency-related tasks and activities. Candidates are readily screened against knockout criteria specified by the client and ranked according to ratings derived from competency-based biodata scales. Reducing the time required in analysing narrative responses and resumes of candidates who do not meet set criteria, biodata provides a cost-effective and time-efficient method of identifying those candidates with relevant competencies and experience.

  • A standardised method of assessing job-relevant biographical information.
  • Information spans past experiences, behaviours or activities in any aspect of life (work, education, leisure, community involvement etc).
